AVANCE corporation barbecue outdoor activities briefing

On December 5th, 2020, AVANCE company organized a barbecue and picnic for all employees.

In the sunny and picturesque Xindi farm, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery while breathing the fresh air in the countryside. Our colleagues were laughing and cheering like birds flying out of the cage.

Colleagues early prepared a rich barbecue food, fruit, drinks, beer, get food colleagues began to work, wash vegetables, wear string, fire, fire...... Everyone was busy, but methodical. After a while, I smelled the fragrance. My colleagues who had baked it first greeted us to taste together and share the delicious food and barbecue experience. There was no sense of distance, as if returning to the gorgeous childhood.

Through this activity, the communication and exchanges between employees are strengthened, the understanding of the whole team is enhanced, the cohesion and centripetal force of the team is improved, and the humanistic care that AVANCE has been adhering to is also reflected, so that employees have a sense of belonging.
