2025 Fire Emergency Drill Training Briefing

To enhance the fire safety awareness of all personnel and improve their emergency response capabilities to sudden fires, Beckda Company organized a comprehensive and in-depth fire drill activity at 8:30 am on May 26th. This drill training includes emergency drills and practical exercises on fire equipment, with active participation and cooperation from various departments, covering all staff positions within the unit.

With a sudden alarm sounding, the fire drill officially kicked off. The drill simulated a sudden fire in the workshop area, and smoke quickly filled the scene. The staff quickly responded and immediately took action according to the predetermined emergency plan. Some personnel are responsible for dialing the 119 emergency hotline and reporting the fire situation to unit leaders and relevant departments; At the same time, department heads quickly organized the evacuation of their own personnel. Everyone bent down and followed the designated evacuation route, quickly and orderly evacuating to a safe area. During the evacuation process, everyone strictly followed the evacuation order, and there was no crowding, pushing, or other situations. The entire evacuation process was tense and orderly.

After arriving at the safe area, the heads of each department shall immediately count the number of personnel in their respective departments and report to the overall commander. After counting, all personnel have been safely evacuated and there are no personnel missing. Subsequently, the correct use of fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment was demonstrated on site, using the mnemonic of "one lift, two pulls, three grips, and four presses" to make it easy for everyone to master the operation essentials of fire extinguishers.

Finally, the head of the administrative department commented on the drill and fully affirmed the performance of each department during the drill. At the same time, they pointed out the shortcomings, such as some personnel not being proficient enough in using fire-fighting equipment and some individuals being slow during evacuation. They also proposed improvement suggestions for these issues.

The fire drill training has been a complete success and achieved the expected results. Through the drill, all personnel not only learned rich fire safety knowledge, but also improved their self-protection and response abilities in emergency situations through practical operation and personal experience, enhancing their fire safety awareness and teamwork spirit.
